INSPECTIONS ON RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

When requesting an inspection, please include all relevant information (if possible) to ensure that we can give you an accurate and fair assessment upon arrival. Relevant information may include:

  • model/year of unit

  • specific issue with unit/system

  • cause of issue (if it is already known)

  • specify most recent occasion in which maintenance or repair was performed on unit/system.
